SEVEM · Celebra
The app you giveyour client. With your logo.
Your client plans their event in Celebra: the guest list, who's coming, the seating and the website for the day. It's free for them, it carries your brand, and every guest who opens that page ends up looking at your venue.
Inside
This is what your client sees.
It plays itself. Tap any tab to stop it and look at the one you want.

They open it and see everything
How many have confirmed, how their website is coming along and how many tables are laid out. There is nothing to set up: the account is created with the event they already bought from you.
A recreation of the panel with example data. The couple, the guests and the suppliers are invented: the live product has real clients inside it. The app itself is in Spanish.
The event website
Eight sections, and the address is theirs.
Your client builds it from the panel, with a phone preview while they edit. It saves as a draft and publishes when it's ready.

VERA
The assistant that chasesthe guests for you.
Collecting RSVPs is the heaviest part of organising an event, and the one that most often ends in an out-of-date spreadsheet. VERA does it over WhatsApp.

A thousand suppliers, ordered for her
It isn't a directory in alphabetical order. VERA ranks the thousand suppliers on TodoParaNovios by how well they fit THAT event, and that is where the percentage on each card comes from.
And on top of that, all of this
It messages each guest on WhatsApp and asks whether they're coming, how many they're bringing and whether they have any dietary restrictions.
It fills the list in as it goes, with nobody transcribing anything.
It arranges the guests across the tables based on what it already knows about them.
It handles entry on the day with a QR code, telling apart who confirmed from who actually turned up.
Two days after the event, it asks for the review with photos and publishes it on your profile.
And when VERA recommends a supplier, that couple already has a date, a budget and is booking. That contact is worth far more than one that arrived through an ad.
For you
And you see all of itfrom your own panel.
Celebra Eventista isn't another application to learn: it is a module inside SEVEM CRM. Everything your client does in their app — the guests who confirm, the seating plan they build, the website they publish — lands in the same system where you already keep their instalments and their contract.
The state of each event
Published, draft or not set up, with how far along it is and how many visits the website has had.
Contracted capacity against real guests
What the contract says, next to what has actually been entered. It is the difference between how many covers you charged for and how many you have to serve.
How full the tables are
Tables, seats, assigned and free, per event.
The review moderation queue
The photos and video the guests left, to approve before they go up.

And all of it lands in the CRM
Celebra Eventista is a module of SEVEM CRM, so what happens in your client's app turns up cross-referenced with everything else in the advanced dashboard: how much was quoted and how much closed, which type of event leaves the most margin, how much has been collected and how much is outstanding, and which space in your venue performs best. Eight views of the same period, with nothing exported to a spreadsheet.
White label
On the DOMINA plan, Celebra comes out with your logo. The event website, the banners and the reviews point to your profile. A discreet line sits at the foot: “Powered by Celebra — Ecosistema SEVEM”.
All four, with the same panel.
It is the same product with a different schedule and a different name. Your client learns nothing new depending on what they're celebrating.
- Weddings
- Quinceañeras
- Graduations
- Corporate events
Celebra comes with the DOMINA plan.
With your logo, and with the panel so you can see how each of your events is coming along.
See the product
Celebra has a site of its own.
This page covers what matters to you as an organiser. If you want to see Celebra the way your client sees it — the full detail, the invitation preview and the three steps to create an event — go to the product site. It is in Spanish.
